LIMITED COVERAGE Returns/Exchanges (15 Days)

Covered issues (customer responsible for return postage):
  • Size/chain length errors: Wrong bracelet/necklace size selected.
  • Changed mind/personal taste: Ordered for comparison or altered preferences.
  • Customization mistakes: Buyer-provided details (e.g., dates, fonts) were incorrect.
Action:
